Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are profound initiatory passages. They often surface personal history, inherited family dynamics, trauma, and cultural conditioning, while simultaneously offering rare opportunities for healing, integration, and growth that are difficult to access anywhere else. This journey benefits greatly from nourishment, skilled support, and clear resources. It is my deep honor to walk alongside individuals and couples who are entering, or already moving through, this transition. Many relationships white-knuckle their way through these seasons, despite the fact that they hold extraordinary potential for relational healing and deepening when both partners are engaged. This is a true rite of passage. Couples often learn new, revolutionary ways of communicating that strengthen their bond not just during this chapter, but for the rest of their lives, through health, illness, and everything in between. Our work is tailored to where you are and what you already know. Support may include guidance on labs to track your health, protect fertility if you desire future children, or safeguard your body long-term so you are not paying for neglect at menopause. You will also learn the medical language you’ll encounter throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, empowering you to make informed decisions around testing, interventions, and medications, for both you and your baby. I also offer hands-on, hands-in full-body fascial work designed to support the body’s most intelligent systems through each stage of this transition. This includes postpartum reintegration and healing of tears or birth injuries, guided from the comfort of your own home and with your own hands. This work is foundational and lifelong, especially in a culture that teaches women to disconnect from their bodies, often at great cost over time. This session is an opportunity to explore what working together longer-term could look like. My intention is that every session, including this initial one, ends with clarity, direction, and robust resources in your hands. And if I am not the right fit for your needs, I will ensure you are thoughtfully referred to someone who is.
